In the early days, Varun's mill looked more exciting. He pushed harder, borrowed more, and expanded faster. Viraj, on the other hand, stayed disciplined. He focused on healthy margins, stable cash flows, and keeping the business financially comfortable.
That difference in approach slowly began to show up in the numbers.

When the two brothers started, everyone in the market thought Varun would win. He was more aggressive, more visible, and more willing to expand quickly.
